Work closely with engaging qualified solicitors, ensuring that all Family matters are handled professionally and efficiently from instruction through to completion.

You will have:

​

3 to 5 years’ post qualification experience in Family Law to include:

• Divorce / finances

• Private children law

• TOLATA

• Family Law Act proceedings

• Pre & post nuptial agreements

• Separation & cohabitation agreements

• Advocacy
