INJUNCTIONS We understand the urgency of situations within which a injunction may be required and have therefore devised a rota scheme to ensure that a family solicitor is always available to deal with urgent injunction cases. We therefore respond quickly to requests for help in a case of domestic violence. We discuss your needs and consider how to protect you. An application for an injunction may be made to the Court so that the abuser is prohibited from abusive behaviour. Any Order that is obtained may also carry a Power of Arrest to provide immediate and effective protection. The abuser need not necessarily be a partner or ex partner, we are able to assist in any abuse that occurs within domestic relationships.
