If the case goes to Court then in the majority of cases we will be able to represent you, either in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court or both on a publicly funded basis which ordinarily would be free of charge.  This is by way of a publicly funded system which was previously known as Legal Aid and you should be aware that we undertake such work in all areas of criminal law, where it is available.
