Areas of Specialism - Sarah is a Specialist Family Practitioner with a particular interest and experience in child care cases, both in private law and public law proceedings.

Career - Sarah trained and worked in private practice in North London, before joining the Family Law Team at Shepherd Harris & Co in 2001.

Sarah completed her ILEX qualifications in 2002 and went on to become a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004.

She regularly represents parents and extended family members in proceedings, often involving hotly-contested issues of Residence and Contact. Sarah also has experience in representing parents in intractable disputes and in dealing with emergency applications following child abduction and wardship.

Sarah is part of the firm's Emergency Injunction rota and has a great deal of experience in dealing with Family Law Act 1996 proceedings and Protection from Harassment Act 1997 proceedings, often in emergency circumstances.
