Mr Davies has nearly 30 years' experience of dealing with criminal cases and is the head of our criminal department.
He brings a wealth of experience coupled with a practical approach to all manner of criminal offences.
He particularly specifies in the more serious criminal cases which are likely to be commited to the Crown Court, but is also available to deal with less serious matters, particularly Road Traffic Offences. He also deals with all proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, an emerging area of law, which is affecting large numbers of people who would not previously have had any contact with criminal law.
Recent Notable Cases
R -v- W
A massive drug conspiracy involving a columbian informant. Mr Davies had to go to Jamaica to interview witnesses in extremely hostile circumstances.
Client was acquitted.
R -v- B
A money laundering case where Mr Davies had to attend Spain to interview witnesses to subsequently be called.

Client charged with murder, Gangland stabbing,
Defendant acquitted of murder but convicted of manslaughter
