Career - Georgia Costa trained and worked in private practice in North London qualifying as a solicitor in 1998. Georgia took a position as a Legal Editor with Lexis-Nexis/Butterworths thereafter joining the legal department of the Bank of Cyprus (London) UK advising in relation to secured lending issues.

Georgia joined Shepherd, Harris & Co in 2004 and handles all aspects of property law to include residential conveyancing (buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and leasehold enfranchisement/lease extensions) and Commercial Property matters to include business property acquisitions and commercial leases. Georgia has a client base ranging from first time buyers to established property developers and property professionals.
