Career - Has been with Shepherd Harris & Co since leaving school. He graduated from Kings College London in 1980 and became a partner in 1985.

Specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing and general commercial work, he has acted on large property developments, company and business acquisitions, partnership formations and disputes, management buyouts, and general property management work.

Duncan is also experienced in inheritance tax planning and probate matters.
